tubular nice blind motor motor
Tubular Motor Features:
1.An overheating protection device is installed inside the motor. When the temperature reaches 110 degrees, it can automatically cut off the power supply to protect the motor from being burned. When the temperature drops to 70 degrees, it can be restarted for use;
2.Regardless of the power of the motor, try not to run idling, as idling will damage the life of the motor, and it will return to normal within 15 minutes after the thermal protection is activated;
3.The photoelectric motor will only turn in one direction. After the installation is fixed, the second limit will start. It is normal for everything to go up but not down, or only down but not up;
4.There is no need to adjust the limit position for the motor that is not installed. The last step after the motor is installed is to adjust the limit position.

Working principle:
The stroke part controls the upper and lower limits of the motor; the motor part is responsible for the motor transfer; the deceleration part mostly uses planetary deceleration to reduce the speed of the motor and at the same time has the effect of increasing the output torque.
Application occasion:
Rolling shutters, awnings, rolling windows, projection screens

Tubular motor application:
Tubular motors are mostly used in electric rolling doors. The motor is hidden in the roll tube, and the transmission shaft is driven by electric rotation to realize the lifting of the shutter window. When it rises, the curtain winds on the reel, and when it falls, the curtain slides down along the inside of the guide rail. Through the control of the remote control, the curtain can be raised, stopped and lowered.
